So Good

In February 2018, a unique culinary experience was exhibited by Sanitarium® So Good, in the form of an entirely man-made edible pop-up garden at Takutai Square in Auckland’s Britomart.

In a concept never before seen in New Zealand, guests and passers-by were invited to pluck some ingenious fruit and vegetable creations, filled with surprising and delicious flavours. Green walls, shrubs, small trees and hanging plants created a lush enveloping secret garden atmosphere inside of the glassed container. Internally the space was divided in three areas defined by green walls to create a non-linear path of discovery, making the most of the floor area available.
