In February 2018, Sanitarium® So Good unveiled a unique culinary experience at Takutai Square in Auckland’s Britomart.
Designed to captivate and inspire, this entirely man-made edible pop-up garden was unlike anything New Zealand had seen before. The installation brought to life So Good’s commitment to plant-based nutrition, offering an innovative blend of nature, wellness, and creativity. The event was a celebration of sustainable, plant-based eating, connecting visitors with fresh, delicious produce in a beautifully curated setting.
By partnering with GreenAir, Sanitarium® So Good created a one-of-a-kind garden that embodied the essence of natural, wholesome foods, transforming a bustling city space into a serene oasis dedicated to mindful, nutritious living.
In this imaginative edible garden, guests and passers-by were invited to explore and sample unique fruit and vegetable creations, each filled with surprising flavours and textures. GreenAir designed an immersive green space within a glassed container, featuring green walls, shrubs, small trees, and hanging plants that surrounded visitors with lush greenery.
Divided into three areas by living walls, the space offered a non-linear path of discovery that encouraged curiosity and exploration. This innovative setup allowed guests to weave through a vibrant, natural space, enjoying a sensory experience where food and flora intersected in a harmonious display of creativity and connection to nature.
