Nurture and Respect

Chapman Tripp required an elegant and expansive fit-out across a total of 3 floors within the PwC Tower. A connected staircase creates an open void across the levels, with views to the floors below giving space for glimpses of greenery, and outside, breathtaking views across the Hauraki.

GreenAir were tasked with implementing a wide-range of planting across the open plan workspace to help create visual dividers, acoustic screening and a view of the plants from almost any point within the environment.

Diversity and Belonging

Bespoke suspended plantscapes take centre-stage in a vibrant and professional work arena. Greenery encapsulates the steel framework and create a focal point visible across the floor, whilst providing secluded and calming meeting spaces in the deep blue velvet custom seating below.

Floor Standing Planters grouped and staged in key areas provide a welcomed connection to nature with high volume planting, whilst delicate, eclectic table top pots with a range of minute succulents adorn the meeting rooms, taking their place amongst leather bound books and artefacts.

Orchids to the decadent reception area are the perfect finishing touch and add elegance and beauty, juxtaposed to the natural stone features on which they perch.

The planting elements tie in the large open plan workplace and meeting rooms, and offer countless health and wellness benefits. This is truly biophilic design in action.
